Shivpuri
The former Summer Capital of the Maharaja's of Gwalior
is famed for it's beautiful marble cenotaphs. Adjacent
is Madhav Natl Park, centred on two graceful lakes with
crocodile.This is home of many deer, antelope, wild
dog & sloth bears. There is also hundreds of peacocks
and the endangered Great Indian Bustard survives in
the neighbouring bird sanctuary.
